Strength Braining

 

A couple of months ago Esquire posted an article entitled “How to Get a Body like Brad Pitt in Fight Club.” It expresses the idea that based on a survey of men; Brad Pitt in fight club is still the most desired “look” to have, physically. It even outlines the workout routine he used to achieve his durdenesque glory.

That’s all well and good, proud we are of all of them, daddy daddy hooray for us all.

But is it really as simple as all that?
